• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Client and staff data: entered by your organization for operational purposes

• To provide and maintain the Ljon Operations platform
• To send transactional emails: account confirmations, password resets, shift reminders, certification expiration alerts, and weekly operational digests
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To improve our platform and user experience
• To respond to support requests and inquiries

Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your account and platform activity. These include login credentials, password resets, shift notifications, compliance alerts, and weekly digest summaries. We do not send marketing or promotional emails. You can manage notification preferences within your account settings.

Data Protection

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available for all accounts
• Role-based access controls limit data visibility by user role
• PHI access is logged and auditable
• 90-day password rotation is enforced
• Sessions auto-expire after 15 minutes of inactivity

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting and storage).

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days before permanent removal. You may request data export or deletion by contacting us.

HIPAA Compliance

Ljon Operations is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI). Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available upon request.
