These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ljon Operations platform operated by Ljon LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Ljon Operations is a cloud-based operations management platform for healthcare agencies. The platform provides scheduling, staff management, client management, compliance tracking, timesheet management, incident reporting, billing readiness tools, and related services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization receives a dedicated tenant with isolated data.

3. Subscription and Billing

• All plans include a 14-day free trial period
• A valid credit card is required to start a trial
• Billing begins automatically after the trial period ends
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to healthcare operations management. You may not use the platform to store data unrelated to your agency operations, attempt to access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. Ljon LLC does not claim ownership of your staff, client, scheduling, or operational data. We process your data solely to provide the service.

6. HIPAA and Compliance

The platform is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. We implement appropriate safeguards for Protected Health Information (PHI). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available upon request for covered entities.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Account Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• You may request a data export before account deletion

9. Limitation of Liability

Ljon LLC provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
